Sneaky Sancho Wings And Tacos: Reviews & Ratings
I ordered the Street Tacos (barbacoa & carne asada) and they were good! Everything tasted fresh and they give good portions. I really enjoyed the guacamole! It was the best ive had!
Ordered takeout wings and a Burrito Supreme fir take out today. The wings, as usual were fantastic (ordered them extra crispy). But the Burrito was a new item for us, and it did not disappoint. It was huge so we split it and were still full. The filling (asada) was plentiful along with beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, and guacamole. I highly recommend Sneaky Sanchos.
I was in the mood for wings and rice combo and this satisfied my craving. The wings were good but the rice was a bit sweet for my taste. Wished it had butter like other places so its less dry.
Was this place good? Yes. Was it worth the hype? No. Located right off Hwy 85 and 211, it's in the corner of a gas station. You'd miss it if you weren't paying attention. We came on a Saturday afternoon around 1 PM and they were busy. We barely got a table to sit. I ordered 3 street tacos (2 pastor and 1 chicken). The pastor tacos were amazing! The chicken tacos were so dry. Took one bite and couldn't finish it. My husband ordered honey mustard wings and fries. They literally just used honey mustard dipping sauce and poured it on the wings. It wasn't any special homemade honey mustard sauce. Literally like someone squirted a bottle of honey mustard on the wings. He said the wings were okay. The fries were good though. This place was good, but just wouldn't drive out of my way to come here. Service was good. Food delivery was very quick.
I went to a Mexican restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, and the place had a very authentic feel. The tacos were generously stuffed with meat, and the sauce was packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant, especially the tacos featuring three different types of meat—each one flavorful, well-seasoned, and delicious in its own way. The combination of warm corn tortillas, fresh toppings, and savory sauces came together perfectly, creating a satisfying balance of textures and flavors that simply melted in my mouth. It was a simple yet memorable experience. While the food quality was excellent, the restaurant’s physical space told a different story. The location is rather modest, with a humble, no-frills interior and a very basic, functional layout. It’s definitely the kind of place where the focus is on the food, not the décor—and the food absolutely shines. That said, I believe the restaurant has the potential to reach an even higher level of recognition. With just a few updates to make the space feel cleaner, brighter, and more inviting, along with some thoughtful decorative touches, it could attract an even wider range of customers while maintaining its authenticity. At the end of the day, the quality of the meat is what truly stands out, but a more welcoming atmosphere would definitely elevate the overall dining experience. I’d gladly return for the food alone, and with a few improvements, I think many more people would feel the same.
My friends and I were on a road trip between Charlotte, NC and Griffin, GA and we stopped here for a late lunch. The name caught our eye when we were searching maps for somewhere to stop, and if we didn’t already know how good it was going to be from the name, we surely knew when we walked in. It smelled great and the menu pictures posted behind the ordering area looked great. Prices were very reasonable and our food came out quickly. The wings were awesome. Crispy on the outside but not dry on the inside by any means. The buffalo sauce tasted great too. The fries were excellent as were the ribs, corn tortillas, and queso chicken and rice. The service was friendly and the music made the atmosphere lively. Overall, if you are a “hole-in-the-wall” guy like me, you can’t go wrong eating here. I wish we had one in charlotte!
Fried rice is great and they give you enough for 2 people. If you get the 8 wing with rice it can feed 2 people easily and its soooo good! Wings are fried crispy and sauce doesn't over power them. 8.5 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
